This is a specialized version of what other brokerages call buyer agent services.

At Extant Realty it has always been about building wealth with real estate and achieving freedom through cash flow. At first we were buying small, multi-family buildings and single-family units. We successfully acquired more than 16 million dollars of real estate, and the desire and passion to help other investors achieve freedom through cash flow was born.
We have been able to accomplish this on a relatively small scale by offering investors fixed rate return investments, in the form of notes or loans. This has produced very nice cash flow for the investors and a huge amount of equity for me.

I have never been more excited about an investment vehicle than I am about Freedom Fund: One. This fund is the number one focus of our 2019 goals and the best deals I put together with my experience and resources will all be purchased by the fund. I’m all in on this project.

In the past I have limited acquisitions to 1 or 2 investors per deal, and focused on smaller assets. Freedom Fund will allow us larger asset acquisition and quick reaction times to take down the best deals that we find. This will result is larger buildings, more volume, and bigger returns.
