Tyler Vinson
Founder/CEO

Tyler Vinson is Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Extant Realty. Personally investing in real estate since 2001, Tyler became a realtor in 2004, and obtained his Washington and Idaho brokerage license in 2007. He founded Extant Realty in 2009, formalizing his real estate niche to serve real estate investors and home buyers, with a focus on commercial cash flow properties. Tyler graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, minoring in International Business. He and his wife are raising their three children in the beautiful Inland Northwest.
